GNHCB and BGJVH officially extended their MoU yesterday, confirming their commitment to incorporating GNH values into business and leadership. Her Royal Highness Ashi Kesang Chodren Wangchuck, President of GNHCB, and Dr. Harald Link, Chairman of BGJVH, signed a document in Bangkok. An important step toward fortifying global alliances and growing the global GNH network is this renewed Memorandum of Understanding. By giving funds, bolstering capacity building, and assisting with curriculum and program development, BGJVH will continue to support GNHCB’s purpose under this partnership. In order to promote His Majesty the King’s goal of smoothly incorporating GNH ideals into management frameworks, the collaboration will concentrate on several important activities, such as offering a partnership fund and exchanging management systems and business experience.
GNH ideals and the Sufficiency Economy theory, which His Majesty the King of Thailand has advocated, are in line with BGJVH’s longtime dedication to ethical business practices. Through this partnership, both sides can share ideas and work together on initiatives that advance happiness and wellbeing. The ongoing cooperation between BGJVH and GNHCB highlights a common goal for GNH-based sustainable business practices. Together, the two organizations hope to instill GNH values in corporate leadership and promote beneficial effects on both business and society.
