GovTech is developing a “Phendey Scoring platform” to promote volunteerism, social connectedness, and civic engagement, potentially influencing access to housing, loans, and educational opportunities. Business analysis experts and ICT professionals are being deployed to assist agencies in system design, operations, maintenance, and integrated transformation across the government.
